Our reception at the hotel was warm, welcoming and great. Overall experience was awesome. I had read reviews before booking about cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. I did pay attention...room was clean, tidy...bathroom was also clean. What I didn't like much was the towels...they weren't as clean. My wife went with hers and she didn't use the towels ....but, staffs were amazing, breakfast was great...all day coffee available.. Thanks.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Fargo Medical Center is a dependable choice, particularly for business travelers. I was upgraded to a spacious room with a King bed and a convenient central room divider/desk, making it easy to work and relax. The room included useful amenities like a color TV with cable, microwave, refrigerator, work desk with lamp, iron, hair dryer, and luggage rack. The heating and cooling system worked efficiently, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom was stocked with essentials like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. As the most affordable Hilton property in Fargo, this hotel offers excellent value. I had a restful night’s sleep and appreciated the practicality and thoughtful details throughout the property. This has become my go-to spot in the area.

My husband and our kids had to go to Fargo for my sons surgery, the front desk lady I don’t know her name she has dark purple hair very rude to me thought I was stupid and didn’t care that I worked in health care because I had asked if they do health care discounts I was told No! And they only do patient discounts I showed her proof and she gave us a discount my husband then went downstairs to ask if they do late check outs and she looked at him as if he were asking something stupid she said the latest they could do is noon. Well my husband then added another stay to the room that day we checked in she was happy to do that! The next morning when I got back with my son from surgery there was a wonderful caring lady there and she cancelled our stay for that night and made it easy for us! The hotel is beautiful and very clean but that one lady should be fired! She doesn’t care about her job you can’t even make small talk with her!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are kind of small and the TV was outdated and not smart. The area is quiet and safe. Lots of parking, rv’s and trailers not a problem. There is an Asian restaurant a short walk away, it was ok.

I found it with lots of parking right off the bat. I found my room very clean the bed very comfortable the hotel very quiet. I found the staff were fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what I needed. It was a great stay all the way around definitely have to give it a five star rating

A great hotel staff was wonderful, There is coffee and cookies at night to welcome you. Rooms are not clean. The floors are stick carpets, and no vacuums are used by staff in rooms. There is glitter everywhere.

Very nice hotel for what we needed it for. We somehow ended up with the handicapped room on floor 4 so we had a massive space with a large bathroom. No complaints about the room at all. Service was good, pretty normal for hotels. The location was good for where we needed to be the following day so no complaints about that and was close to plenty of restaurants for a meal. Overall, a pretty nice place that I would happily stay in again.
